Based in Hampshire, UK, my hybrid approach offers online and in-person coaching allowing me to work globally. I work with diverse and ambitious business leaders, aspiring business leaders, and teams in the tech industry, helping them to unplug and switch off.
Having spent 20+ years as an international marketing professional mainly in a high-tech environment, I’ve experienced first hand the pressures of working in the complex global IT industry.
Fluent in English, German, Polish, and Russian, I have managed multi-million budgets, juggled multiple project deadlines and time zones, travelled for business, led sales and marketing teams, defined business strategies, and raised a family. I understand the pressures you face daily and how stress and anxiety can affect your life.
While leading such a busy life, I intuitively started looking for ways to help me prevent burnout. Having practised yoga for 15 years, I found meditation, breathwork, and yoga helped me reboot my mind and body and unlock the doors to inner balance. It gave me stability in all areas of my life.
Having become an accredited wellness coach, completed my yoga teacher training, and 500-hour medical yoga therapy training, I began to help others by teaching wellbeing workshops, yoga and meditation classes. From here I began developing coaching programmes to help other tech professionals feel joy and experience deep emotional, psychological, and physical transformation.
In 2020 I launched corporate wellness workshops and one-to-one wellbeing coaching packages to support clients' mental and physical health. After months of lockdown, many clients felt tired, overwhelmed, anxious, and unmotivated. I provided a safe and welcoming space and equipped clients with practical tools to help them find the energy and thrive again.
Now, as a trained wellness coach, yoga therapist and workplace wellbeing consultant, I use each practice to improve physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing for my clients, a great complement to the busy business world.
I’ve made it my mission to help tech professionals switch off more often, and I believe tech advances shouldn’t be at the expense of tech individuals' health and sanity.
