Wellness Coaching
Integrative wellness coaching is an approach that involves selecting the techniques from different therapeutic orientations best suited to the particular problem you’re challenged by. This can include CBT, Gestalt, Existential, Person Centred, Transactional Analysis and NLP. I also integrate somatic coaching into my sessions, using mind-body exercises and techniques to help release the pent-up tension negatively affecting your physical and emotional wellbeing. Using powerful breathing techniques to move any stagnation out of the body, rewiring new neural and physiological pathways.
Meditation
Experience the power of now, learn to be still and quiet your busy mind by learning how to meditate. I will teach you easy to follow meditation techniques and support you in building a consistent personal practice so you can reap the benefits of this life changing practice, feel balanced and in control of your life. You will walk away with a practical toolkit to help you combat stress and anxiety and live with more ease.
Yoga Therapy
Improve self-awareness and mindfulness with a combination of meditation, breathwork, gong meditation, acupressure points, Ayurvedic nutrition, herbalism, and yoga practice. These highly personalised one to one sessions in the therapy setting program offer a powerful healing experience. It will help you relax, reset, and learn how to self-regulate and experience powerful healing of body and mind. You will walk away with tools to help you improve your physical and mental health.
Sound Therapy
A gong is a healing tool that helps us get into a meditative space and transforms a person’s energy with each gonging session. It induces deep relaxation, heals, and raises consciousness. It brings benefits at a physical, emotional, and mental level.
