  • STEP 1: Book a free discovery call. We’ll discuss the challenges you and your team face and what your desired outcomes are from our time together.

  • STEP 2: I’ll recommend a bespoke plan for your team. I offer face-to-face sessions for companies within a 50 mile radius of Basingstoke, including London, Reading, Slough, and Maidenhead. For clients further afield and globally, sessions will be delivered online. 

  • STEP 3: We book our first session and start improving your team's health, wellbeing, and performance in the workplace.

Each week we will use breathwork, meditation, and gentle stretching to upgrade our breathing for optimum functioning, destress, reduce physical tension, detoxify, increase endurance, reduce addictive impulses, and improve our wellbeing.

A gong is a healing tool that helps us get into a meditative space and transforms a person’s energy with each gonging session. It induces deep relaxation, heals, and raises consciousness. It brings benefits at a physical, emotional, and mental level.

Yoga and meditation class

Offer your employees an opportunity to tune into the inward states of both mind and body so they can learn how to self-regulate, self-soothe, and look after themselves from the inside out.

When we started rolling out a company wide Employer Branding program, part of it was also to offer wellbeing courses for our employees. Joanna, being an employee for us for a while already, was always passionate about the wellbeing of herself, her colleagues and friends. She offered to assist us in rolling out a yoga and meditation class for our employees in the UK offices. After a successful trial period, more and more employees were interested. This led us to offering online courses throughout our EMEA offices. Those courses were always booked well and employees started to really enjoy their weekly time off. The yoga and meditation combination helped them to go stronger through their work days and also, from a team aspect, employees got to know each other better and shared their free time together. Joanna is a very mindful and cheerful person that has always given all participants an insight into the yoga practice - which ended in passionate participants.
